Thank you for shopping with Restora. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be delivered.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed after 2pm, on weekends, or on a public holiday will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Times & Costs
We deliver throughout the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days from the date of dispatch. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Occasional delays may occur during peak periods, sales events, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel's progress. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If a parcel is returned to us for this reason, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery, which may incur an additional shipping charge.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, or does not arrive within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery window, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
