Our 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not fully satisfied with your product for any reason, you may return it within 60 days of receiving your order for a refund of the product price. The item should be returned in a clean and reasonable condition.
Your Statutory Rights
This guarantee is offered in addition to your legal rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Under UK law you have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel your order, and additional rights if an item is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose. Our 60-day guarantee does not affect these statutory rights.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide instructions on where to send your item.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is faulty or was sent in error, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within a reasonable time of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping costs, at no charge to you.
Exceptions
For hygiene and health reasons, certain items may be non-returnable once opened or used, unless they are faulty. Any such exceptions will be clearly noted on the relevant product page.
